One of the worst restaurants I have ever ate at. The oysters rockefeller was was filled with nothing but shell from the oyster, I had to spit every single one out. I'm pretty sure I cracked a tooth open. I was the. served the Atlantic flounder with lemon butter and crabmeat. The flounder was so salty I I had to drink 2 glasses of water just to get the taste out of my mouth. Not to mention all the crab shells that I had to pick out. The only thing I was able to eat was the grits that weren't covered In flounder or crab shells. I ended up spending 90 dollars just to eat an extremely small portion of grits. You should be ashamed serving food like this. I hope you close down.
Matt was our server and he made some excellent recommendations. Be forewarned: the deviled eggs is just one egg. The salmon appetizer was sooooo good. And so was the seafood pasta. The ooey gooey butter cake was neither ooey, gooey, nor buttery.
An amazing experience! We love this restaurant. The food is always amazing and the bar staff are fantastic.
I think it is one of the better places in Birmingham now. Food and service both excellent.

The personality and atmosphere of this place is outstanding. The portions, the flavors, the service. Everything is just so wonderful here. Can't wait to go back and visit Blueprint on 3rd again.
Everyone is so kind and efficient
A great place for a date night! We had a 4:45pm reservation, but got there a little late because of the storm. No issues though, we were seated immediately. The temperature inside was perfect, and that is not always the case with restaurants! Maddie, our server was awesome! She gave us great recommendations, and she was right! We shared the Fried oysters “Rockefeller” with smoked bacon, creamed Sambuca spinach, the Ireland Farms mixed greens salad with Honeycrisp apples, candied pecans, & Danish blue cheese, and Maddie's favorite dish, their Grilled elk chop with local greens, mashed sweet potatoes, cherry bacon jam! The food was amazing! We had a few of their signature cocktails, but really enjoyed two of their dessert libations, the Carajillo and the Nuts & Berries - we are going to figure out how to make these at home!
Fantastic experience. Cocktail was great, food was delicious and came out very fast despite the restaurant being somewhat crowded. Chef even came out to ask how the meal was. Will certainly return next time in town.
