I have been going to this restaurant for YEARS and have not had a single bad experience. The food is always super fresh, tasty, and put together so beautifully. The staff is so kind and enthusiastic, making it an enjoyable experience for everyone. Best sushi restaurant I've ever been to, hands down! If you are able to, I absolutely recommend trying their miso soup (it is fantastic!) and some of their delicious plum wine, but you can't go wrong ordering anything from the menu here

Very comfortable atmosphere, great customer service and great food.

It was good. Much better deal at lunchtime, but the regular rolls were good value for dinner. I’ll be back

BlueFin has the best sushi that we have tried in the Denver area!!! We had the Dragon, Pink Lady and Lemon Tree rolls along with the scallop nigiri. We will definitely be back to get these rolls again and try new ones!

BlueFin Sushi is AMAZING! I have had their food three times now. Twice with a girlfriend for lunch. Both times, the staff was friendly and provided great service. The third time was tonight when I did take out with my husband, who is not a big sushi guy. Both times my friend and I had lunch at BlueFin the sushi was fresh, well prepared and delicious! Tonight, my husband and I did a to go order. Our food was ready in twenty minutes, packaged thoughtfully and again, DELICIOUS! We ordered the TNT roll, Summer Breeze Roll and Lemon Tree roll. We also had various apps. My husband loved the TNT roll, Goyza and even the Summer Breeze and Lemon Tree rolls. It is truly a delight to have great sushi in the Park Hill neighborhood!
