I frequent here when I am in the city to watch an opera performance. This last time I ordered the butter chicken sandwich. While the seasoning was good both the chicken and the bread were as hard as rocks. I ended up using my fork to find soft pieces of meat and eat the bread like croutons. The service is pretty good and I like most of the other things there. the kids got kids pasta and avocado toast, it was a huge bowl of pasta.

We booked a pulsd voucher and called multiple times and left voicemail and got no answer or call back. We made a reservation online and put in the notes pusld voucher. When we got to the the restaurant the manager said you have the pusld vouchers tell your waitress. We told the waitress and she said we only do pulsd on Saturday and Friday. When we asked why we weren’t called back or informed they said their phone was broken and the hostess must not have checked the voicemail. The server was rude and condescending the manager has no clue what is happening at the restaurant. Overall their food selection was minimum and boring the server was rude and misinformed and the manager has no control over what is happening. Also their bathroom was broken and they made us go outside to a bathroom where a server was vomiting. Overall it was a bad experience. The manager said she got the reservation but didn’t contact us back…this was badly handled and honestly we won’t go back. They could have just contacted us and canceled but didn’t. Wouldn’t recommend bad service bad food and vomit

This place is a scam--don't let them anywhere near your purse. Fraudulently overcharged my card by $2000 for a Thanksgiving Brunch. Disputed the charge to my credit card Thanksgiving week, and agreed upon the correct amount---they agreed to correct the charge and took off the $2000 incorrect charge. Fast-forward to this week. I go to check the balance on my credit card and AGAIN I see a $2000 charge from this place on Decemeber 15th. Calling their manager and spending time on the phone with my credit card AGAIN is not how I want to spend my New Year after having them ruin my Thanksgiving. Update as of January 7, 3023. So I emailed Bluebird headquarters in London to share my predicament. Within 24 hours I had an email from management promising to refund me. This time, they followed through on their word and refunded me the weird overcharge. I have updated my stars.. but I am still wary of their management. I would Iike to go back for another meal, but I will be very careful to confirm and check all of the reservations ahead of time to cut out any confusion. Good luck to you too!

Food is bland maybe because they’re British but the food needs salt pepper or any seasoning. Also the bathroom being broken and having to use the mall restroom was a little odd. Also I didn’t love the staff members attitudes they were bothered when you asked them were the bathroom was, I didn’t enjoy my experience and I won’t go back. Nothing special and not worth the price tag.

I made a reservation November 28th for December 28th I called four times and left voicemails for my best friends Christmas tea. I got no response back in 30 days. We went today and a server told me to come back a different day cause they don’t have pastries… I asked why no one called me back or emailed me and I was told the phone was broken… but the manager said she heard my message and even asked me when I came in if I purchased a Pulsd voucher. I’m not sure why they decided not to call me or communicate. I was told to come back but I live in Brooklyn and work weekends…. I asked if anything could be subbed in and was told basically to go away. I felt the service was horrible and the manager and server were rude. They didn’t contact me back abd didn’t communicate and now I have no gift for my best friend. Also there bathroom was broken and we used the one in the mall and found a server from bluebird throwing up… so overall it was a bad experience the manager doesn’t seem to know what’s happening and there phones and bathroom don’t work. I won’t go back because the communication was horrible and the service was rude. Call people back and answer your phone… do better

Front of house a disaster. 2 severs looking after a minimum 60 guests. Wait 20 mins before seen by server. Back of house excellent food speed first class. If no servers close sections basic restaurant management.

Ambience, great views and delicious food! We got the Brooklyn burrata to start, it was a nice shareable size! I got the Eggs Royale. It had two perfectly cooked eggs Benedict with a bed of salmon drizzled in hollandaise it was a fun balance of flavors. And my sister got the stuffed French toast that I absolutely had to steal a bite of haha it was so beautiful!
