Blueberry Cafe is my new favorite coffee shop! I visited from Chicago and loved the atmosphere, hospitality, color, and delicious healthy food that met my dietery needs! Alex is so wonderful, fun, kind, and inspiration! My group loved our visit!

Stopped by Blueberry Cafe this morning at their brand spanking new location located at 600 G Avenue in Douglas, AZ (locals will remember the building as the old La Frenzy/old Pizarrama). The interior is tastefully and intricately decorated and they did well with the massive space, making it feel cozy and like you're at home. The service was extremely friendly, further extending that feeling of home. We kept it simple with two drip coffees, a traditional breakfast, and Concha French Toast. We also could not pass up trying their homemade bacon and cheese quiche. The coffee is excellent and an excellent choice for coffee in this town, the breakfast was solid with tasty an simply executed toast, bacon, eggs, and hash browns. Cocha French Toast is a viral online sensation which could make some skeptical, but it was a flavorful sweet treat covered in fresh whipped cream, fruit and chocolate syrup. Very well done here, it was so tastefully topped that you may not even need the syrup! The quiche was a cheesy and savory flavor explosion, highly recommended. All in all, it was an excellent experience. There was a small delay in getting the food out and in payment, but it's a new locale with newer staff, so you gotta give them a minute to get their bearings. I have full confidence in this being resolved in the very near future. Whether you want breakfast, lunch, or just to sip a cup of coffee in an upbeat, yet chill environment, come check it out. We WILL be back for lunch sooner rather than later. Vegetarian options: Plenty of vegetarian options for breakfast and lunch. Parking: Shared parking lot, was able to get a spot easily.
