After trying all of the sushi restaurants in Chatham and Madison, Blue Wazabi is our favorite. Sashimi is always fresh with good cuts and rice is flavorful! They have fun rolls like luck of the Irish and appetizers such as crispy rice, age tofu.

Vegan sushi options were amazing! We asked about vegan options before ordering and they were super accommodating and understanding. We were told all the vegetarian rolls are vegan as well as the vegetable spring rolls. They even brought out the ingredient list for the spring rolls so we could look at them.
