Was a slow night and still took them 30 minutes to get nachos, and chicken strip basket prepared. Then it wasn't very good at all. Do not recommend.

Very slow service

I would have to say from my experience any place close by a casino is going to be good food. This place is located in the casino itself along with two other restaurants. The waitress was very attentive making sure I had what I needed. I ordered the Ruben sandwich alone and it was on the bar in front of me in like minutes.... steaming hot and delicious!

The last 3 trips to the Blue Square Cafe were beyond frustration. They do not have enough staff or cooks. There is always a big line of people waiting to order carryout so I decided to call my order in. Upon arrival to pick up my food there were 9 people in line to place a carryout out order. I stepped up to Cashier and advised I had placed my order and was there to pick it up. She said I had to get in line and wait. Will not be giving this Casino or Restaurant any more of my money. Very poor Mgmt

Great staff,food is good! I always eat here when I stay at Ballys.

I ordered some chicken strips today. When the cashier asked me if I would like any dipping sauce, I asked if I could get some hot sauce on the side (this was a to-go order). Both she and the cooks were very accommodating. They prepared my chicken strips with hot sauce in the breading. Let me tell you! This was the way! 👏👏👏 Think Tyson’s Buffalo Hot Wings, but freshly prepared. Thank You for a great experience! 👏👌🤘
