Blue Salt Grill is a gem. The food is always good and service is rapid. There is a lot of choice, you choose the type of fish, the seasoning, and the sides. They have wild caught fish and farm raised fish. There is a seasoning to suit pretty much any taste, examples "Italian Herbs", "Lemon Pepper Spice Rub", "White Miso Glaze", and my favorite "Herb Garlic Butter". We have never had anything not cooked right. There are vegan dishes too.
