Had 2 buffet brealfssts and one sea food buffet dinner. Good variety on the buffet and it was tasty- but not as good as the meals we had at Edisons and Sunset Terrace. Great view of mountains. Server's were friendly and attentive but limited in service since it was a buffet. Dietary restrictions: Had good selection if gluten free items.

Absolutely decadent Dietary restrictions: One of the chefs very graciously took me on a tour of the buffet in consideration of my allergies.

The food choices are fantastic but I learned that due to regulations they have to dispose of any unused food.

My husband and I had the opportunity to celebrate our wedding anniversary at the Blue Ridge Restaurant at the Grove Park Inn on Saturday, September 2nd. We were warmly greeted and given a "tour" of the buffet before being shown to our table. Our server quickly brought over our beverages and sent us off to explore the evening's offerings. The food was everything you would expect an Omni Hotel to provide. The Prime Rib was sliced to order accompanied by creamy horseradish and au jus. The brisket was glazed with a wonderful barbecue sauce. The pork loin was moist and tasty. But the star on my plate was the short ribs. They were scrumptious! Tender and juicy and cooked to perfection. And the service was impeccable. Our server Nique was courteous, professional and friendly and we never saw the bottom of our glasses, she was right there just before we needed refills. The dessert bar is a thing of beauty, and truly offers something for every sweet tooth. I particularly enjoyed the Key Lime tart, while my husband fell in love with the cheesecake. Yes, he had two servings, it was that good. All of the food was visually appealing and of high quality. I highly recommend the Blue Ridge restaurant at the Grove Park Inn, whether for a special celebration or just an evening dining out. Just go early enough before sunset to enjoy the spectacular views while you eat. And you might even get lucky enough to witness a wedding on the greens below. We did! Thank you, manager, restaurant, chef and staff, for making it a truly special evening. Wheelchair accessibility: Grove Park Inn has a wheelchair they allow guests to borrow, which is very helpful for guests needing a bit of assistance. There are even two ramps at the Blue Ridge Restaurant allowing those in wheelchairs or on electric scooters to be seated by the windows, which is very considerate and most appreciated.
