Blue Point Crab House

Took a ride to test drive a car in Westminster. Stopped at PNC and saw the spot sitting in the corner. The two employees at the counter were pleasant and welcoming. They Had a Friday special on 4oz crab cakes, crab pretzels and shrimp salad sandwiches. For $6 a pop can’t be mad, but the crab cake was delicious and flavorful with minimal filler. Not lump but it Smacked. The shrimp salad sandwich was basic but also good for the price. Will definitely go back for regular priced items.

Stopped in at lunch and ordered the Cream of Crab soup? Omg. This was not cream of crab. It was like snot . I could only have a few spoon fulls before I threw out $7 . What the heck was that ??? Never again .

Horrible customer service. One worker was on FaceTime cursing at someone and the other was rude, lazy, very unhelpful. Terrible service. We will spend our money elsewhere. Wish I could give less than one star!

I went in on Friday afternoon to purchase seafood (mussels, clams & crab meat). The staff told me especially with mussels best to come in tomorrow & grab them they would have fresh ones. What they didn’t tell me is that they were going to jack their prices up ridiculously in that timeframe. I understand high prices on a holiday weekend but it’s very shady to tell someone not to buy one day & come back the next when you know all prices will be almost doubled. Yes- crab meat was $35 yesterday & $50 today. Take your business elsewhere to a more honest establishment. My whole family is angry & wont shop there again. so much for trying to support a local business instead of larger chains. Oh …& while their digital menu reflected the new prices their written prices on the cases still had the old prices so they are advertising falsely as well.

Whom ever told you that selling brown crab meat was acceptable? The hard shells are soft. I bought a dozen for 89. Tell me why I got almost 30 crabs? To make up for the quality. Nah sorry this is the worst crabs I've ever had.

Placed order for steamed shrimp and blue point oysters. Arrived for the order and everyone was on their phones. The shrimp order had not even been prepared. Not even sure if I got the correct oysters because they were very small like bay oysters. Had to wait for the shrimp to be prepared because I was told he was busy cleaning. Also they no longer show the convenience fee they charge on your receipt if using a credit card. Need a new seafood carryout in Westminster

The worst cream of crab soup I’ve ever had. It wasn’t even cream based, it was like a gelatin

Got oysters and half were dead or bad. Never again. Sad.
