Blue Palms Brewhouse

I think that this place was much needed, and the service was quite amazing. I just placed it to go order and it was quick fresh, and I Was accommodated from the moment I walked in the door and felt appreciated in their establishment especially from Jamez He was quite honorable, very very kind to me. Wonderful attitude, beautiful, spirit Your business is very lucky to have such a Nice and easy-going, caring person like himself. And I haven’t even tried the food, but it smells yummy

Went to this establishment because I wanted to try the different beers there. I sat on the side of the bar right where the waitresses retrieve orders from the bar and enter their food orders. I must have waited for 30 plus minutes before the bartender, who was extremely busy filling drink orders, looked up and noticed that I had not been waited on. Keep in mind that three different waitresses passed by me several times without asking if I needed anything. This was particularly disturbing as when I first sat down the restaurant was not close to full. I continue to watch as tables around me and in the same area began to be seated and waited on. After the bartender took my drink order only then did one of the male waiters stopped to ask me if anyone took my drink order. I said yes the bartender but would like a glass of water. I continued to watch as the tables behind and in front were waited on and received their orders before my order eventually came out. After a long wait I received my appetizer of Calamari and proceeded to wait another 15 min before I asked what happened to my fish and chips. I motioned to the Bartender that my order never came and please just give me my check. I want to make it clear that the bartender was at all times. professional and apologized for the bad service. I don't write reviews and this is actually my first, but this was total disrespect and racist. Again the bartender, who should not have to wait on me, was very professional. He did offer to comp my meal as he wanted me to come back. I made sure I tipped him and I hope this review will trigger some needed changes. I must say that the highlight of my visit was when a young girl who was being escorted to the restroom, turned and looked me in the eye and waved at me. If only your waiters were so attentive to ALL of their customers.

The place looked nice and had a good atmosphere. However, I've been to other breweries that had just a little more amenities (games, activities, etc) The food was disappointing tho. The sausages (venison and elk) were served just on a bed of sauerkraut, but it was minimal. Looked more like an appetizer. Not sure why they wouldn't serve them in buns? The tuna melt, avoid. That was gross. The imperial burger was good. And the tender batter for the chicken tenders didn't have a great flavor.

Love it! I can't wait to go back. The pepperoni pizza, the onion rings, & the full rack baby back ribs was amazing. I never had ribs from a restaurant and the sauce was so good with the meat so tender if was falling off the bones and licking my fingers. Also they cut the ribs for you which made it so much better. You weren't missing no meat. The people were very nice, professional and the place was very clean. More people needs to know about this place. I tested everyone else's food at my table lol. It was so good. I'm not over exaggerating either.
