We came to your restaurant this past Saturday evening but it was not an experience that left us wanting to come back. We waited close to 2 hours for a table, when we were seated it took a good 10/15 minutes before a waitress graced us with her presence to throw us some napkins, leave to "get more" and come back to take our drink orders. Part of our party waited another good 15 minutes or more on their beer. When this was mentioned the waitress replied with they have "alot to do", "there's a lot going on". Not what should have been said to already frustrated customers. On to the food which was less than great btw, part of our table got their food the other part did not. When we finally asked the waitress after being very patient but then seeing the table behind us, seated 30 minutes after us, get their whole tables food (at least a party of 10) we asked where the other half of our parties food was. She replied she'd "go check on it" when she finally came back some 10/15 minutes later she went back over our order and let us know the food was not made. The half that got food felt awful the other half didn't have any and as to not eat in front of them they waited to eat until the whole party had their food. Needless to say by the time the others food came the half that had been waiting food was cold. One thing after another and not at all a good experience. We understand being new but with the crowd that was there maybe you should be bringing in some experience to help organize flow and such, just a suggestion. We were looking so forward to dinning there as we love the one in Pigeon Forge, sadly it was a great disappointment 😞 and still cost us $80 😐 not pleased with anything this Moose offered.
Super friendly upbeat staff that actually looked like they enjoy being there. Service was fast and the food was good. Good portions.
Food god,not great, seating miserable if u have slightest weigh unless u sat at a table the food not great enough to set through being pack like sardines
Honestly we had a terrible experience. If we could give a 0 we would. I am not normally one to write a review but this has to do with health so I felt it was important to share my experience. My husband and I went out with a couple of friends for dinner on Friday night. We were really excited as we had heard only good reviews for the other Blue Moose out in Sevierville. Our waitress refused to write down our order so she had to ask us 4 separate times before she did actually write it down. The food was not really that great especially for the price. Overall the experience was not the greatest but the trouble really came afterword's. My husband and one of our friends suffered a terrible bout of food poisoning and were sick the rest of the weekend. The scariest part of this is that the food poisoning came from the wings as they had ordered the same thing. We were thankful they "just" got food poisoning and not salmonella to go along with it. Overall save your money and go to some other wing place instead unless you want to spend a whole weekend in the bathroom.
Our dinner was great. The macaroni and cheese was just ok but the rest of the food was delicious. Our server Molly R was so nice. She was busy but took excellent care of us.
This was our 4th visit to this location. The servers are always friendly, and the food was mostly good. We usually go around 3-4 so we can beat the rush and we haven't had to wait yet to be seated. Which is why I don't understand why food is cold. We have had the feeling at least 2 different visits that the food we ordered was pre-made. The mozzarella sticks we ordered today were ready before our drinks even came to us and our drinks were fast. The mozzarella sticks were barely warm on outside and the inside had no pull and were hard like they had sat and cooled back down. The 2nd batch were oozing cheese and hot, Much better. Also the wings, while they taste good are not always hot like they were just prepared. It's like the food we get when we have food delivered to house through Door dash. I really hope the food isn't pre-made, fit the price we pay we want a prepared fresh meal not a fast food restaurant. Hopefully next time it's better. This we strike 2.
You know. The food here was actually very good and the service was great! Kelsey was attentive and professional! Vegetarian options: Delicious Veggie Patty!
