$15 for a half empty container of a side of Mac and cheese…. And no I actually didn’t scoot it over this is how it looked when I opened it. The bottom of the container was also pushed in and made it look more full. I don’t think there was an intentional attempt to only fill the container halfway. That’s just how small these immensely overpriced portions are. My mac & cheese was also covered in scallions, which was such a bummer as someone who has an onion allergy. Maybe it was a fluke but the last time I came by and grabbed this mac & cheese there were not any scallions, and I loved it for that reason. Honestly, just can’t believe I feel bamboozled for mac & cheese. It’s not much better than any of the other local restaurants but at least double the price.
They put in my order wrong and then charged me for the wrong order lol
Okay. So, here's the issue with going here. It was a Friday and someone thought it was a good idea to have 1 staff member for each service? Almost pack house? One waitress. Everyone in the place ordering drinks? One bartender. Several people coming through the door with no wait list? One host and we're gonna keep sitting people, regardless of the wait! My boyfriend and I were seated and it took about 30 minutes of our drinks to get to us. Once it was served, we bit the bullet and ordered our app and entrées then and there and told them to just serve it to us at the same time. No way were we going to wait 30 minutes between each set! I got 2 different drinks, only buzzed for about 45 minutes and it wore off before I got home, so that was a bit of a let down. :/ Food was alright. It was warm, seasoned, but it was a bit of a damper since I'm diabetic and had to wait almost an hour for food to be served, I had to resort to my emergency candies to keep my sugar level up enough to make it for the actual main course. All in all, don't go here on the weekends, go here maybe mid week or earlier in the week to avoid the rush of people and long wait times!
Blue Line Lounge is my go-to! The chicken pot pie is a comfort-food dream—rich, hearty, and oh-so-satisfying. But what steals the show? Their martinis. Pure perfection. The cozy ambiance makes it my top pick for a relaxing evening. A must-visit for pot pie lovers and cocktail enthusiasts alike!
