The wait staff is attentive, and keeps everyone served, drinks filled, and the food comes out quickly.  Claire runs an excellent operation, her staff is a good extension of her.  Want some good, local Tex Mex? You should eat at the Goose then.

Friends and I go here often after work for dinner and drinks .  The last few times the service was awful.  Just recently our waitress who was noticeably unhappy with her job walked out/quit during our dinner.   We  asked after a while what was going and were told what happened but still were not taken care in a timely manner.  For our next dinner we went to another restaurant.

We went last Friday for lunch.  Took my daughter's boyfriend who had never been.  He loved the salsa and beef fajitas.  Blue Goose is our go to for Mexican food.
