Great place to meet, chat and grab a bite to eat!
Solid sandwiches, drinks, and service. Neighborhood gem. A treasure to have only a few blocks from my house. Wheelchair accessibility: Worked well for me and my knee scooter
2nd visit here and enjoyed a wonderful breakfast meeting. Attentive staff and look forward to a future visit.
The 3 hours atmosphere, old floor and laughs among staff are delightful. There I met one of my youngest pale of 3 years old randomly and it seemed to have been a memorable moment for her
New update 02/07/24 Loved to have bfast or lunch here. They have daily special menu. Their scones are to die for. Not cheap but good food Very fresh healthy food. Lots of good baked goods. Good place to dine
I ate at Blue Dot on several occasions before the pandemic and just went back for breakfast for the first time since then. I was 100% disappointed. The best thing on the menu in the before times was a bread pudding french toast that is no longer available. I opted to order the only other interesting breakfast item, the chilaquiles, but was told they were unavailable. There were only about five breakfast options, so I ordered the pesto scrambled egg sandwich. The sandwich’s most prominent feature was the very mediocre bread, next was the pesto, and last was a tiny bit of flavorless egg. My side was a two grapes, half an unripe strawberry and two completely unripe pieces of honeydew melon that were inedible. My friend chose the eggs, bacon and toast. The bacon was fine but the eggs were rubbery and flavorless. My cappuccino was nice. The bill was $37 (I added a $3 tip, which was generous since I had to stand in line to place my order and get my own silverware and water and bus my dirty dishes). I will never go to the Blue Dot again.
Really good food + drinks and a cute albeit slightly rag tag spot. Little bit pricey, but its worth for the quality.
First time there, smell’s good and got nice latte
