Blue collar is not what it used to be. I used to enjoy coming when I was pregnant, but they lost all credibility. We visited on a Monday, 1 waiter, and they didn't have a good portion of the menu. The burger tastes like a rubber shoe. We asked for medium and got well done. The shrimp po boy (bleh). We waited 35 minutes for our meal and it was a full house. We will never return to BC again, overly priced!

Blue collar is an amazing diner. The food is off the hook. I can't say enough about the service as well. A must try.

I had gotten lucky as their lunch crowd died down for this place has excellent chefs on staff and a delicious menu of different choices. My favorites are the beets with goat cheese, but plenty more than that.

I have long been a fan of BC but recently had a terrible meal there. The latkes appetizer were horrific-small over fried chocolate chip-like almost potato less discs that cracked in half. A disgrace at any price but at $14 for 5 tiny pieces it was an assault. My friend said his eggplant was worse than frozen and my chicken parm was greasy. The only good thing was the bok choy. This place seems to have fallen greatly.

Food was decent, this was the only positive. Our reservation was at 1:30. It took the staff 15 minutes to clear a table that was sitting unoccupied. We sat at 1:47. About 10 minutes later the waiter took our order. We were served at 2:40 over an hour past our reservation time. Overall, HORRIBLE service and average food. Don’t waste your time or money.
