Blue Coast Burrito (BNA)

Tasteless. Not sanitary.

Terrible customer service and low quality tortillas

This was an extremely disappointing place to eat, even though I could tell up front that it was not going to be great. The burrito I got was cold, as if the beans and rice are not at all hot when added in. The salsa has no flavor at all either. The sign says that burritos come with chips and salsa, but I clearly wasn't going to get any until I asked for it. The chips tasted like they had no salt, and the medium salsa tasted like plain crushed tomatoes. Add this to the fact that the guy totally butchered the burrito while trying to wrap it and it was leaking and falling apart. I won't ever be eating at one of these places again.

Absolutely bonkers. The rice took 69 minutes to make(I timed it). And on top of that the food was the perfect temperature.(makes me think it was pre-prepared.

Don’t really care if you enjoy - purely transactional highly recommend to avoid!

I like Blue Coast, but not at the airport location, it should have their name removed from it. Staff did not listen to requests, . I asked for dressing for my salad which their menu says is included, they had no idea what I was talking about. Food was bland and not how I ordered it, but rather how the staff felt like making jt. Understaffed during lunch hour. Staff was using phone during cash register transaction.

Pretty darn good

Bland overall. Add some salt or spices ANYWHERE in your dishes. I had the steak burrito and had to ask for chips since it advertised it. I think there was a reason why they didn't give me the chips in the first place, bland as F*, just like the burrito. Don't waste your money here.

The "steak" tasted horrible. Food was barely warm. Disgusting overall. Ended up throwing it away.
