Chris was our server. She was super attentive. The food was amazing and came out quicker than expected. We were there to celebrate our 18th wedding anniversary, and Blue Canyon didn't disappoint. Thanks for the complimentary dessert. The pumpkin cheesecake was divine

Ribeye was mostly fat and when I ordered a side of Mac and cheese I was charged for the whole portion. This restaurant is only a short step up from Applebees.

While the ambiance is nice the food is way over priced and not that high quality of the illusion the place gives you. Happy hour is good but wouldn’t pay for any of the food full price.

Fun place

A second visit to Blue Canyon was finally made. The ambiance is great. Unfortunately the beef tenderloin was not seasoned and therefore had no flavor. The salmon was fine but not great. I have enjoyed more flavorful salmon as this is my preferred meal. Fortunately it is a pleasant restaurant to visit. Overall the meal fell a bit short of my expectation as it was a special occasion for two of my guests that had never been to Blue Canyon before.
