Worst experience in SF. Blue botte is just cafe - not a fancy restaurant where waiters serve customers. I cannot understand why it makes the tipping option appear on the screen while the payment is done. Does it mean that Blue Bottle is not paying the salary properly to its employees? Why does it make its employees to be rude to customers? If you choose no tipping, the employee who wastaking the order just in a normal way would all of a sudden take an offhand manner and even would not say anything like wait for your order or thank you for order or anything. That’s really a big problem.. why cafe wants to ruin its image? Do I have to pay tip after spending 20 dollors for single person? For 10-20 second order taking? Ridiculous. The guy who made coffee was nice. But it is still my worst experience in SF. I was frequent customer to Blue bottle in Korea and Japan, but would not use it any more.
Excellent light sweet savory Belgian waffles
Aimed made my rough morning just a bit more enjoyable with a happy smile and her cheerfulness. Thank you Aime
Really enjoy this location due to the availability of power plugs.
The baristas are so nice and the coffee is excellent! Totally recommend the breakfast sandwiches
Had breakfast here and the coffee was delicious! There is almost no wait in line
Silent, music, modern, stylish, bad coffee, dont recommend the hot chocolate and the sweeties to eat are aweful. Walmart‘s better! Dietary restrictions: Very modern, different types of milk Parking: 40, but only a few will be free since it‘s a much used street Wheelchair accessibility: Is possible for yourself
The service is excellent.
The coffee was very good and creamy, not overheated like you get in most coffee shops. We had a capuccino and oat latte and we were both very happy. Staff was very friendly and helpfull.
Courteous staff, terrific coffee and nice ambient. Would recommend 100%.
