Very rude, possibly prejudiced

Very pleasant Jaime was very attentively and courteous made the traveling experience pleasant which is not easy now a days. Thank you for the great customer service.

Bad quality

Waiting for my flight and I wanted a martini. So, I ordered a very dry Absolut martini and it gets served in a plastic cup. Part of the experience of the martini is having it served in a martini glass. I asked if there was a martini glass and she shook her head and said no. Interesting. I could clearly see an inverted martini glass at the end of the bar where the registers are. I don’t know what irritates me more. The bartender being too lazy to deal with a martini glass or being lied to. I know it’s getting late, but come on. What happened to ambiance or good customer service? Addendum: the bill for 2 martinis served in said plastic cups came to over $35 before tax and gratuity. Unbelievable!
