Had a burger and fries.Very good. I left full. Great place to eat.

In a nutshell: extremely disappointing. We waited several minutes inside the front door today (a Tuesday at 1:30) till someone finally seated us. We chose to sit outdoors. Several more minutes until a man brought us water. Several more minutes before our server took our order -- zero personality or friendliness. Many more minutes before our food came. No silverware on our trays, so we asked for some. We nibbled on our regular fries and sweet fries with cinnamon -- both very tasty. When we realized our silverware wasn't likely to make it to our table before our sandwiches got cold, we tried to deal with them as served. The reuben was thin, the meat dried out, the bread soggy, and no russian dressing. Tasteless. The Park Ave burger was terrible. No taste to the beef itself, and the piles of grilled onions and blue cheese overwhelmed the beef and the bacon. The only taste was of grilled onions heavily coated with blue cheese. Awful. Without silverware, I tried to pick off all the onions and scrap off the blue cheese from the bacon with my fingers. Still could only taste onion and blue cheese and gave up. Eventually our server returned outdoors to wait on another table, and I told her we never got the silverware we requested and my burger was terrible. She indicated there had been recent turnover in the kitchen. She offered to get me another burger without onions or blue cheese, but the tasteless beef wasn't worth it on its own. So she said she'd take if off the bill and walked away. As my friend sat there with the reuben she had only taken two bites from, the server never asked how her meal was. No manager came out to smooth things over. The server brought my friend her check for $18.38. At least the fries were decent. We'll never be back.

Great service at a nice location, barman was on top of everything. The rest of the staff needs to be more responsive but other than that food and drinks were good
