Blu Cantina

We enjoyed ourselves thoroughly for a quick cousin's outing. We got the sampler with wings, eggrolls, and empanadas. The Peach Bourbon wings were on point! They were cooked just right. That's the "can I get more to dip my fries in" sauce. The dj was vibing, and the hookahs were decent. Parking: They have their own parking, but if you have to get there early, if you want to use their parking. The other parking is near, but sometimes there's a charge.

Worst customer service ever. Had to wait 3 hours for service and they racial profile.

Blue cantina used to be my family’s go to spot but ever since they changed management it has not been good. It took us about 30 minutes to get our appetizer and an hour to get our food. Mind you, my friend and I only ordered tacos… an hour for tacos? We had to get our servers attention twice because she was not attentive. Definitely wont be coming back.

I never have to leave reviews but after last night it’s a must! Customer service was horrible from the walk into the door last night. I was soo disappointed I’ve been to all the other Blu Cantinas and they were great in every way. So decided to try this particular location out for a nice Sunday night. Came in found seating no one ever came but looked dead at us twice then called last call for food but didn’t once look up to come and check or ask anything. So I got up and went to ask to take an order and they were rude about it. I stayed nice anyway and placed my orders I ordered 2 ten piece wings with 2 side of fries. Food finally came and they only brought 1 fry so I went back up there and asked if they forgot the second order they said yes and that it was coming give them a second. Well after 20 min she walks by u ask for the fries and then they claim that the kitchen was closed and that she never put the order for the fries in so by that point food was cold because we were waiting on the remainder of the order and they never came and told us that the fries were never coming. I laughed to myself and it reminded me a few things. 1 some people are just unprofessional and that’s just how they will be. I had already paid for the order and tipped so I just let it go but I had to say if they spent more time actually attending to the customers than trying to dance and have random conversation i feel like the service would have been better. The food was decent seemed rushed but decent for what we did have just wasn’t a good experience for what I expected from blu cantina. We were both highly dissatisfied with that said this place won’t see us again. Wish them well though.

I don't think I've ever been to a restaurant where I disliked everything I tasted. Everything was too much. The drinks tasted like straight margarita mix and no alcohol. Way too tangy. Queso was cold and hard. Guacamole was flavorless and just tested like pepper. Easy too spicy for no reason. Tacos were underwhelming. I had the fish, fish not cut right for a taco. The filet was bigger than the tortilla but super thin. Carne asada taco meat was overcooked and just peppery. I had to order fries just to get the taste out of my mouth. We went for R&B Bingo. The host and vibes were awesome! Service could have been better. The waitress forgot to put in my initial order so I had to wait way longer than the entire table. When I ordered additional items, she forgot again. Inside was hot and stuffy, but management refused to open a door or window. And lastly, I could smell a "old dirty mop water" smell coming from the kitchen. I left and picked up fast food on the way home.
