You can get a good drink ONLY if the owner is on-site. Otherwise, the female employees simply do not follow the recipes and I guess add fewer ingredients/toppings to the drinks. I usually order BP milk tea with extra brown sugar pearls and when the owner is on site he always allows you to add as many toppings as you want. If the owner is not in the store, the female employee will tell you “No” or “We cannot customize the drinks”. The taste difference is huge when the owner makes drinks, that is super delicious quality, when the female employees makes drinks the taste is plain and just watery. They need to go through proper training and supervision to make sure they follow original recipes. Because it seems they just eye balling ingredients and instead of using proper measurements.

Was very pleased!! They seem to have the sugar levels down. Has to be one of my top ones for mango related drinks! Delicious Update: Shaved Mango Supreme is v good. Also the fresh pearls are probably some of the best

Tried their mango sago bubble tea and at first I wasn’t sure if I liked it but then by the end of my drink I was craving more. It’s definitely the cutest bubble tea shop The location is super low-key. I highly recommend checking them out and stopping by on your way to go see the views up there

This is a cool little bubble tea spot in North Burnaby with fresh made drinks and decent portion sizes. The drinks are a little bit more on the expensive side when it comes to bubble tea but they’re generous with the ingredients and everything tastes fresh. Cool spot to stop by if you’re in the area and looking for either a warm or cold drink, or some snacks.

Creamy cheese foam drink, good atmosphere.
