Friendly enough staff but the coffee is not up to par with other locations.

Decent wait come ahead of time, Love the Iced VTM . Other location seems less busy but a bit far . Enjoy thee coffee..

I’ve come here multiple times and each time I come to this location the service is just terrible. I’ve been to other Blk Dot locations and the service is just great. In addition, this location adds way more ice than other locations I have been too. It just seems no one is happy to be working at BLK dot. No smile when they greet you and just make you wait a really long time to help you out.

Been there multiple times, coffee is “alright” but they consistently have bad service. The staff is not inviting, can be rude, and asking questions feels like I’m doing something wrong. Today was the last day I ever go back there, not worth my business, nor do I recommend this place to anyone.
