This is my goto coffee shop. The beans they use make the coffee taste so clean and crisp. Their pastries are so light and flavorful. The baristas are so nice and fun to talk to. Very down to earth. Will always come here for my coffee and cake

I have not been here for the normal service so i could not tell you how thier coffee and food are, however i does smell very good. I have been here because this business hosts Independence community events on a regular basis. This place lives up to its name and we need places like this, ones that support and actually give back to the community.

they just tried to create their own price for the drink i ordered ! its not like its coming out of their paycheck update: everyones new at some point and has that mentality. the manager made it right. Thank u Estelle!

Great space to work or hang out with friends.

This is little place in an old bank building, I believe. I have only used the drive thru. The last time I visited, there was a young woman getting my coffee for me, and an older lady was a little too pushy towards the younger woman, telling her customers don't like coffee being handed to them the way that she was doing it. Well, if you mean hearing someone unnecessarily being reprimanded in front of customers, especially when the young woman was doing a great job and was being very attentive and kind. Yeah, I don't like dramatic overtones in my coffee. Go do payroll or manage something besides public admonishment! People have way too much of this already. I don't think it needs to happen during a normally EXCEEDINGLY happy thing for me personally which is a nice hot cup of drip coffee with some cream. It is a local owned place, so I do support them. Maybe there was more than I saw happening ...... That young woman got a tip that was better than the price of the coffee..... Great job!
