This is a hard review to write because I see the great potential in your location on the TCNJ campus. I implore the managers to try and add some staffing as the long wait...over 3o minutes for a simple sandwich was disappointing. The 2 guys behind the counter were doing their best so I give them props...but the counter orders and to go orders were just too many for 2 people. The sandwich was excellent...plump, hot, and tasty...but the wait truly tested my ability to be patient and understanding. At one point, a kind hearted mom with kids approached the counter and offered to clean a dirty table where she wanted to sit. Despite the flaws in operational systems, I would try again for the food.
