Blaze Pizza

I had a very disappointing experience at this location. I don't understand how one location can have so many employees clocked in and none of them seem to be interested in serving the customers right in front of their face. I had to wait 5 minutes in order to have my order taken (that was the first red flag), the person taking my order repeatedly turned away to talk to her manager about a separate issue and seemed really distracted and not present, and finally I had to watch my pizza go cold for 5 minutes. The store was empty outside of one other patron and my pizza was cold by the time I got to eat it. A waste of time.

This is an edit on 03-14- 2024. I can't express enough how disappointed i am when i came here today, pi day, at ll:35 pm and was told in a very rude manner by the manager, that she had 2 written signs on her door saying they are closed. After i walked in right behind someone that had been motioned in the store and walked out with a pizza. So disappointed. Blaze Pizza is by far,the best pizza i have ever had. The selection of toppings, sauce, and crust are wonderful. It's setup similar to Subway because the pizza makers build it to your specifications. As many toppings as you like, then it goes into the brick pizza oven. Don't forget the finishing sauce! And the price is amazing too! I've never paid more than $9.95 for a loaded 10" personal pizza.

I would not even give 1 star to this location. Very unhygienic. I went there for a nice pizza with great expectations but after seeing my pizza , i was very disappointed. Being vegetarian seeing the topping station full of mess gave me the anxiety of getting meat in my pizza. The pizza tasted burnt (both pies and garlic bread had burned crumbs stick at the bottom, probably they dont clean theor ovens too) and the crew members were not at all welcoming. I asked for onions on my pizza and the guy told me that it might take 45 minutes to get it from back . When i asked for more sauce i was told that it will be extra which is my first hearing at Blaze. My fingers were all black when I held my first slice, extremely poor quality (see picture for real). I ended up trashing my whole order. Dont waste your money at this place! Vegetarian options: There are vegetarian option with just cheese or great choice of topping but the cleanliness of this place is poor. If you are vegetarian then stay away from this place

The staff was great except the big guy cutting the pizza he was constantly on his phone and he had on a jacket and he didn't have on gloves and he kept wiping his face. Very disgusting. Not once did I see him wash his hands... Other than that the food was great.

Pizza didn’t have any basil on it.. not much of a margarita pizza. Not your fault the doordasher was late and my pizza was messy…
