Ordered online and had my mom pickup. Pizza was not ready for another 10 mins which is fine. However, the pizza did not taste great. The dough quality was not up to standard and one of the pizzas was completely wrong! I did not eat as it had everything I do not like on it. Called the restaurant and spoke to the manager and he was apologetic and promised to refund me within an hour. He lied and said I was suppose to receive an email which I never did and never received my refund. Will not be returning here.
Ordered through the app and arrived at my pickup time. I asked about my order and a worker said they hadn’t started on it since there was a long line of customers. I asked her to expedite my order but she said they would get to it eventually and told me to wait on the side. Roughly 5 people were in line when I first arrived. Waited another 15 min and received my 2 pizzas after they served the 5 in-person customers. It would’ve been faster if I had stood in line to order than continue waiting on the side for my online order. Extremely disappointed by this experience and lack of customer service.
