Can't understand why...if they open up at 10:30 and I pick up.my order at 11:00. I need to clean all the black oven dust off the bottom of my pizza before I can eat it. I would have added a picture if there was that option on the review .

Sure not as good as it used to be. The girl behind the counter acted like we were a bother to her instead of paying customers. They skimp on the cheese and leave big empty spots on the pizza. We asked an employee if they had bags and his response was "I don't know, walk up to the register and ask".
