We ordered two pizzas for takeout. One was supposed to be vegan but it was not. It was half vegan and half regular cheese and meat. There is no direct line to the restaurant so you can only submit a complaint online. Extremely frustrating and the food we did get that was correct wasn’t good.
Awesome pizza located at the circle of orange on the corner. Custom make your pizza or choose from their menu. Pizza is oven baked and served with a smile. Highly recommend.
It was on Pi day This place is very well organized they keep this place very clean and an employee name Anthony is very kind and helpful recommend going here!
The main manager there is very very rude I understand that it was pi Day but there's no necessity to be rude. Customer services always number one making the customer feel comfortable and welcomed.
Twice I've gone to this location at 1030am because that's when my lunch break is and doors are locked. Not returning again
Original crust here is very thin and pressed out on a machine. It's hard to taste the dough as mine was very biscuit like. The tomato sauce, aka "Red" has a few herbs and some sugar or sweeter in it. Slightly thin on the cheese (thick cut is more of a problem to guess correctly). It's ok for fast pizza. Would not go out of my way to buy again.
Quick, tasty ,chill and friendly, couldn't ask for more
Been a regular for a couple months but I've about had it with this rude employee. He was never nice to me or my friends but we've just tolerated him as the months go by. But on December 29th was the final straw. I go to order a build your own THICK crust pizza and the lady knows and acknowledges this and we proceed to build the pizza. I checkout and sit down getting ready to eat it. I look at my friends pizza and notice the crust is the same thickness as mine and he got the regular build your own. I know that I did not get the thick so I go up to hopefully get the issue fixed. I go up and kindly ask the employee that I asked the lady in the front of the line for a build your own thick crust and I said it looks very thin and isn't a thick crust like I'm used to. He checks out the paper under the pizza and says thick crust isn't marked. I said okay maybe she forgot to mark it? I heard her acknowledge my request though. I just ask the employee if I can get a new pizza with the thick crust because this isn't what I ordered. Then he proceeds to go into a whole rant and guilt trip the customer. He starts off by saying I will have to go into the back of the line and start over, then I will have to get my credit card recharged, and then he was saying "Do you really want a perfectly good pizza to go to waste"? Excuse me? I work in the restaurant industry and we would NEVER do this. We would just just apologize for the mistake and get the customer a new item. We would never ever guilt trip the customer and shame them for wanting the thing they asked for. Couldn't believe this. As I didn't want to start a fight with him, I just said okay I will eat this instead. My issue was not resolved and I'm unhappy with this outcome. When I also asked for a water cup he rudely told me to get ONLY water and not soda. Called the location directly about this and they said this is what the owner tells them to do. Not sure if thats following franchise protocol? Obviously I get that some people steal and get soda from a water cup but to just tell everyone that up front and make them seem like dirt bag criminals is just not cool.
