Cmon man not uncoooked kitchen. I like ur food soo much but wth. Im so sick right now.
I was beyond pleased with this outing. An excursion to boast about to the little ones for ages to come. The pizza was not aggressive in the least bit. I can utilize the disks to Frisbee across the restaurant at nosy patrons, and unwanted advances. The staff was friendly, and a bunch of smiling faces greeted us. The service was amazing. Next time I will have to see how the birds love it.
The atmosphere in the restaurant is modern and trendy, with an open kitchen layout that allows us to see their pizzas being made. The pizza crust is thin and crispy, with a slightly charred and smoky flavor that gives it a delicious taste. We can choose from a variety of sauces, cheeses, meats, vegetables, and other toppings to create their own unique pizza. The toppings are fresh and high-quality, and the ingredients are generously portioned, making each pizza a satisfying meal. Their salads are made with fresh greens and a variety of toppings, and their desserts include freshly baked cookies and s'more pies.
I had a coupon for buy one pizza with a drink get a free pizza. I had them put together the two pizzas and when I went to pay the cashier told me that my coupon was expired, I told him I didn't want the food without the coupon and he said that he couldn't honor the coupon. So he through away $25 in pizza, lost a drink sale and lost a customer.
I love the pizza and all the various toppings. I can't have much cheese and so I make up for that with all the other great toppings. Their lemonade is great too.
IDK what happened to actual employee training, they give minimal toppings and then look at you when you ask for more. Maybe they should charge based on the two pieces of mozz. cheese they put on the pizza, but then they would t be happy
THIS REVIEW HAS BEEN AMENDED - SEE FINAL PARAGRAPH FOR UPDATE. This place is hands down one of the best restaurants to get a pizza period. The staff are friendly and welcoming and work hard to make sure you get exactly the pizza you want. Jorge, the manager, makes this place an exceptional iteration in a chain that is sometimes spotty in its service and attention to detail. We will drive out of the city just to go there and take out of towners whenever we can. 10 stars to Jorge and his team - you all rock! Addendum: This place has gone badly downhill; it has a dirty, unkempt look, service is poor and slow, and it generally seems sadly uncared for. Even with plenty of staff and virtually no customers most of the tables were dirty or had empty cups or napkins on them, the floor was pretty bad too. Staff just milling around behind the counter, trying to look busy but not actually doing anything. Very disappointed.
So disappointing now that Jorge isn’t managing this location anymore. How can there be 8 people working and no one has swept or wiped down the tables? Why are the cheese containers almost empty and have sauce on the tops from not being wiped down? What happened to cheerful greetings and staff who don’t mumble?
