Blaze Pizza

The food was great and the employees were efficient. I was just concerned that none of them were smiling or seemed to be happy. They appeared to be under pressure.

*UPDATE* Was informed.by Blaze to give this location another shot needless to say this experience wasn't any better they need to start fresh with the staff including the Manager. The manager does not care about special requests/needs due to an allergy and really don't appreciate the staff rolling the eyes or blowing steam when they have to do a little extra. I was the only customer in the store at the time as well so it shouldn't have been a huge deal. I will not return to this location and Blaze can have this store and the staff that works there you took the last $35 from this customer. When I lived in Illinois Blaze pizza was the place to go to but since moved to Texas and reside in Mesquite as mentioned I will not go back to this place. I wish they would let you give no stars but unfortunately it won't let you so 1 star is all they receive from me. One word to sum it up TERRIBLE !! Dietary restrictions: Gluten free

Dined in for a quick lunch. This had become one of my favorite pizza spots. I love the freshness of the pizza. The customer service at this location was great as well.

The pizza is great ! The ingredients are really good.. Been there many times and plan to go back.. However I think they could hire more friendly staff. Just sayin'.

Customer service is dead here. Used to be good all around but that's what happens when you hire kids and an inexperienced manager. Food was cold because it took 30 mins to get a to-go order.

Pizza making was very sloppy. Very slow. Put balsamic on one of our pizzas that didn’t need it.
