AJ was very helpful with my take out experience today. I walked in to pick up my order and another customer took it and brought it back 10 minutes after they took it and I asked AJ to have it remade for safety reasons and he had it quickly remade and ready. He provided great customer service.
Don’t order online. They give you up a pick up time and don’t actually start it till you’re there waiting passed said time, asking about it, only for then to see the order sheet and start it cause they aren’t paying attention. Wasn’t even busy.

Horrible experience, so I built my pizza. Then waited, waited and waited. Went to check on my pizza to see why it was taking long. The lady told us we will call your name . Didn’t even ask me for my name . Again waited some more . Once I saw people that were after me were getting their pizza . I asked again. Guess what happened next , my pizza had been waiting in a box all that time and we order it to eat in. I received a cold pizza in a box . Which of course I returned and ask for a new one . The lady snatched it from my hands with the biggest attitude and told me to make the line again. Wow!!! What a terrible experience. Everyone is in title to a bad day . But don’t bring it to work . Last time I will come here. What a shame because I enjoy Blaze pizza. Melissa was the manager who treated us so rudely, even the girl who dispenses the pizza, excused herself for not calling out my name louder because, she was wearing a mask . Manager should learn people skills from her workers that are Hubble enough to apologize.
