If you won’t give customers water cups I can’t give more than a 1 star review. Won’t be back unless this policy changes. Can’t recall ever going to any other restaurant that charges for tap water.

Came in here at 7pm on a Thursday. Nothing but pot smoking high school kids not caring about how long we waited for service while there was no one else in front of us. They talked about quitting the entire time. Only 2 people were working while the rest of the people stayed in the back. The girl boxing the pizzas slammed them all on the counter, and we could hear them complaining about having to work the whole time. They were closing down the salad station and cleaning the kitchen at 7pm, 2 hours before they close.

Love this place and the pizza is soooo good!

Great pizza especially because whatever you pick as toppings make it your way to be delicious everytime.

Yesterday, I went to blaze pizza and ordered 3 pizzas with my family. One of my pizzas came out burnt as you can see from the picture, and the employees would not make it right. Then had the gall to ask me for a tip afterwards. I also tried to order tap water for my family and was informed that they didn't offer tap water to their customers. This is not illegal, but it is fairly unheard of for most restaurants in the area. Hate to see what's happening to this place. I used to come here every few weeks, but service has been slipping over the last year to the point that I don't think I'll be back any time soon.

I am highly disappointed in my experience tonight, because I drove far to get food from here. The first two times my food was good now they’re just throwing it together and they hire anybody, messing up people food! The workers are very rude and unfriendly, and my pizza and cheese bread was cold and burnt, along with tasting like it had been made hours ago! I will not be ordering from here ever again.

Reasonable priced, quick serve, pizza chain with allergy-friendly crust options and good topping variety. If you like a crisper crust and don't mind a little char, ask them to leave it in a bit longer.

This is the second pizza in two months that I have ordered for pick-up and the order was wrong. Even the receipt says white sauce. Also it clearly looks like the pizza was hurried and most of the ingredients were thrown to one side. Management clearly needs to look at their To-go order process. I would strongly recommend you only dine in at this location to make sure your order is correct.

If you want pizza from this location, order on the app and pick it up. The worst service with workers truly unmotivated and unbothered to work.
