I came here on Pi Day and waited almost two hours (as to be expected). The staff were all so friendly and took their time at each station despite this being likely their busiest day of the year. They were making jokes, asking how everyone’s days are, and seemed genuinely happy to be there. This was my first time at Blaze, and I’ll be sure to come back!

Pizza was made with love and care. Cook to perfection. And tasted amazing. The staff are very hard and very quick. The ingredients are always fresh. I had the cauliflower dough build your own pizza with roasted garlic broccoli so a chorizo salt oregano and barbecue drizzle. Vegetarian options: There were plenty of options for me to use.

The food never disappoints, I really love the blood orange lemonade!! Also, one of the girlies that works there, Alondra, she's so amazing and she's always working hard to make sure everything's going smooth, I love seeing her when I go :)

What a delicious pizza! Good waiter.
