The service was good to start but my pizza came out a bit burnt - they apologized and I was fine with taking the pie as is. But the manager Rash insisted they make me a new pizza pie fresh so that it would taste as it should and not be burnt. They quickly made the new pie for me and I left happy and impressed by the quality of customer service at this location. Thank you Rash!

Made an order online since I was in a rush. I get there on time. No other customers at the counter. For minutes nobody greets me. Then when they do, the order has not been started & it'll be ready in 5 minutes. 8 minutes later What is the point of ordering ahead if they won't start the order until I arrive? I love blaze pizza in general & the options they have, and understand staffing is not easy at this point in time. I gave 3 stars and if I return I will update.
