Great food, great service. Happy they were open during a time where most of bar harbor closed down!

After waiting 50 minutes with no one communicating with us, the food still hadn’t arrived. I still had to pay for my beer (fine) despite the unacceptable service. If the place is busy, stay away, the place is poorly managed and wholly unprepared.

Sat at table against doors which had alot of cold air coming thru so was very cold, took quite a bit of time for waitress to come, she took drink and appetizer order and finally came back to take dinner order. The Brussel sprouts were very good, but it took an hour to get our dinner, a black bean burger which was charred. It looked very unappetizing, my burger was well done, which is how I asked for it, but pretty charred as well, the cheese in it was charred, onions, charred. Fries were ok.. nothing spectacular. Tiramisu was good but tiny, for the price. Waitress was nice when she came. Overall pretty disappointed.

This brewery has very good options to drink and very good food too. We had a very decent service for our big group, and everybody was happy with their choices, which by the way there are enough options for many palates despite feeling more like a bar. The poutine was very good and reminded us of Montreal.

One of the few places in town open during the winter. It was full but one table for 6 and a two top. We were told there was about a 25 minute wait but about ten minutes in we were told a reservation cancelled and we could be seated at the two top. The woman who seated us was not our server. It took about ten minutes for our server Pauline to acknowledge us. She took our order and brought us our drinks. We ordered the mushroom pizza and waited about 20 minutes for it but it was worth it. When our server brought our food she set it down and disappeared for about 30 minutes. She never once asked us if everything was ok or if we needed anything until she brought our check. I had to flag her down for a drink refill and she did not ask my husband if he wanted one. I ended up sharing mine with him. She dropped the check and came right back to collect payment. I'm not a demanding customer but I expect servers to be attentive and at least once check on the food quality. The woman who sat us was also very busy but she managed to attend her tables equally and repeatedly. Our server although pleasant was just not attentive. The pizza was excellent however and despite the service I would go back but I'd ask for another server. Its a bar mostly so the atmosphere is not my taste but it was pleasant nonetheless.
