I was invited by my son and daughter-in-law along with his in laws; mother and father, and brother and sister in law. Manning was our waiter. He was a one man team; welcoming the quests, arranging and rearranging the tables, decorating, and serving. I applaud him. He had a very upbeat attitude, never missing a beat. We waited at our table for some time before our food was served. No problem. Everyone's portion was well served. A majority of everyone had fried catfish, which they highly praised. For me, I had Guma soup. I've Guma soup in every state I've been in, even New Orleans, where I was highly disappointed. In Florida, it was good. At the famous Bubba, to name a few, and this is the best I've ever eaten. My comments to Manning for being an awesome server and to the cook for an excellent cook. I have attached pictures of my meal, before and after, paid for by my son Dorain and my daughter in law (daughter in love) Nicole. Thank you both for the invite. Parking: I parked nirth on College from the location steps from the corner of Michigan. It was raining, and the street was flooding at the alley on the east side. I had to walk in the street around the water facing traffic.

Cannot say enough good things about this place, my husband and I have decided to make it our; go to place. Wish I could give it six stars! We were married and decided to stop and have a bite to eat and they rolled out the ref carpet for us.

Trying to get reservations is the worst the tools set up online do not work. Had a text confirmation that we had reservations and got there was not in the system, and the lady is part owner who took our reservations. The food ok, the best part is the live band. I have no desire to go back.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at this luxurious restaurant and lounge. The ambiance was exquisite, offering a perfect blend of sophistication and comfort. We had BlankUS cater for a work event - and oh my goodness!!!! 3 days later and I'm still thinking about the food. So delicious and from all reports they were incredibly easy for our team to work with and coordinate. 10/10 would recommend and make sure you get the wings, the cornbread, the greens, the soul rolls, the yams, and the mac & cheese! Also be sure to arrive hungry - everything is so flavorful and amazing!

The night my friends and I decided to dine in, the restaurant had less than 75% of its menu available. We should have been told that at the door and the manager should've only been serving drinks due to this issue. The main foods left to order from was chicken. I prefer to not dine at luxury restaurants and order chicken wings. We ordered what was left on the menu and the food was extremely sub par given the prices and claims of being a luxury establishment. I wanted salmon but instead ordered lamb chops. The fat wasn't properly trimmed and it was salty for my liking. The macaroni and cheese was the worse, tasted as if it had been frozen and reheated. The yams were ok. My BF and father are both chefs, as is my friend who dined with me that evening so my expectations were high. The food wasn't plated nicely and I paid $55 for my entree. The waiter that evening was also the bartender, Jojo was the name he gave. He was cool. I would maybe try again on another night. But it is imperative that businesses let patrons know ahead of seating what their options are. Also, there needs to be clarification on parking. The area is very tight and restrictive when it comes to spaces available.

We had food catered in from BlankUS today and it was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!! We had wings, greens, corn bread, mac-n-cheese, and soul rolls! I cannot recommend this place enough!
