This is the epitome of a fine dining experience and establishment. Chef Victoria and her team delivers exceptionally curated dishes with each and every bite. Each one packed with bold flavors, textures, and aroma. The open space itself was the perfect setting. From the beautiful ceramics to the perfectly curated music. **Highly recommended**

My wife and I were so happy when we learned Blanca was reopening after closing due to COVID-19. Our only worry was. Will it be as good as it was before it closed? Well, let me tell you, it's even better than before. The menu was perfect each plate better than the last. The best part of the night was the staff. The entire staff at Blanca is so friendly and goes above and beyond to make the night great. Can't wait to go back!!

Hands down best in north America and world class dining experience. I miss them a lot!
