Extremely dirty as soon as you walk in the front door. No signage as far as menus go and customer service didn't make things easier. I advise choosing a different location. 3 topping med pizza = $15

Pizzas made to perfection! The delivery driver was very polite and courteous. I love Blackjack Pizza! I usually order the pan, but today, I sprung for a hand tossed, and it didn't disappoint!

When ordered online, they sent outbthebwrong pizza twice. When I called back, they left me on hold for 10 mins and hung up. Called back, and they knew exactly what Ibwas talking about but told me I was outside their delivery area and would not send the actual order out to me. The call was unprofessional and was clear they did not have a handle on their orders. I've ordered from other locations with no issues. If you're looking to try them or know about them, I highly suggest you go to another Blackjacks location. Great food, bad service.

Great little place up the street that makes a good pie for a fair price.

So my son decided to treat the family by getting pizza for dinner. Blackjack was by far the fav. So we ordered for delivery, including the tip into the authorized amount via the website. Food was great and the delivery was on time. The surprise came the next day when the hold came off for the amount I authorized for an amount $10 more than previously. So I called the store that next morning to make a complaint and find out what the heck happened. I was basically told that they couldn't help me but that it was changed on the tip amount. I had to put a dispute in with Paypal for the amount. Thankfully, we had the web receipt showing the authorized amount versus what was actually charged. Not very thrilled about the issue not being handled. Definitely not a way to maintain customers.
