Ruined my evening! I was in such cramps! I asked specifically for a dairy free boba tea and told the sales lady how badly dairy intolerant I am before ordering. She gave me an inpatient attitude and guaranteed the drink is dairy free, which is not! This is a health hazard! Terrible establishment !

I love Blackbird. There are couple other Bubble tea shops in Bellevue downtown and i tried them all and this one is the best. The bubble tea always tastes awesome, workers are friendly. I tried their cakes and they are absolutely delicious!

Best bubble tea and bubble coffee in Bellevue. A hidden gem. I like the Assam tea with boba, 25% sweetness. I also love the coffee milk tea, they use espresso and it is excellent.

Their boba tea is good. We like it more than sharetea next door.

We ordered Taro and Osmanthus Oolang milk tea with Boba, and 2 macarons. It was delicious. Taro milk tea was really good.

Super clean, friendly staff, and delicious cake. Overpriced but that's what you get in this part of town. Would recommend.

Summary: DoorDashed their Signature Soufflé Cheesecake ($12.40) as a late night snack haha. It was a delicious cheesecake, but rather small (think the size of a grapefruit), and made like a Japanese style cheesecake than American. Can’t speak to the service or ambiance, aside from that it arrived to my place safely I’ll definitely be trying their passion fruit cheesecake next time Pros: • super tasty, flavorful, moist Japanese style cheesecake Cons: • on the smaller size, more of a one person serving
