BlackBall Taiwanese Dessert

Just got a mango shaved ice. While it was great, the cheap plastic spoons cut the corner of my mouth (and my sons who used a different spoon). I first noticed it when there was literally blood on the napkins. The whole batch of the spoons should be disposed. Not much of a reaction from the staff when I reported the issue.

3 star b/c the taro I got is not 100% real taro. They mixed starch in taro to imitate actual taro. N seems like everything is full of starch. Service was not up to typical bubble tea places.

Famous cheesecake fresh bake daily . Lynol’s gelato and grass jelly . These are my special recommendations. Reasonable wait time . The specialty here is the fresh made in store grass jelly daily . Friendly service and courteous smile at all times . The breakfast and lunch croissant sandwich is speechless . Highly recommend Blackball to all first time clients . Food arrives at impeccable timing and the order is Streamless .Reminds me of my hometown foodie and the kind of dessert my mom made for me that was identical to Blackball’s dessert when I was in my childhood days back home . Parking: Easy access to parking . Affordable parking.

It was a great experience! The staff is very friendly and always smiling. The service here was also very good as well as the atmosphere was nice. It was my first time and I really liked it. I would visit again and also recommend people to visit.

To go service was fast. Staff were friendly Get what pay for. Prices are lower compared to bigger desert places, which is good

Came here to treat my mother with a nice treat and was looking for a cheap option on the menu as money is tight right now. I saw that one item was 14 dollars so i ordered that item. Once she rang me up my jaw dropped as the totel 19 dollars. Once i sat back down the menu at my table displayed the price i was charged . BE AWRARE THIS PLACE SCAMS LOW INCOME FAMILIES!! Come at your own risk and with your wallets stuffed! ⚠️⚠️

Great bizzare flavours! They had a lot of options! You can even make your own dessert combo The regular size is actually quite big already, if you're not a big eater, you can share with someone else :)
