Black Tap Craft Burgers & Shakes

Me and my little ones tried your restaurant yesterday. First we placed our order. The young lady at the register had no smile and talked so fast I couldn’t understand what she was saying!! Then we sat down at a table. The table was ok not very clean. One of my kids didn’t get a cup for her drink. I spoke to a lady behind the counter and she was lovely. They brought our food and basically ran away without asking if we needed anything. Our hamburger bun was burnt on top!! For the prices your restaurant charges I would think your company could hire and train little better help!! Thank you

A ridiculously overpriced restaurant for a 7 oz hamburger patty. I've had better hamburgers at Fuddruckers and five guys for a fraction of the price. You are paying top dollar for downtown Disney access and it's absolutely not woth it. Four hamburgers and two milkshakes cost $124. Save your money, unless you have a rich friend.

Kid-friendliness: Good for kids

This place deserves more than five stars. The fried pickles were amazing and the homemade ranch was a very nice touch to compliment it. not a single one burnt and the breading was light and flaky. The old fashioned burger was cooked perfectly as ordered. The fries were steaming hot and crispy! Their Oreo milk shake was phenomenal and a perfect touch to top off the meal.

Nice place to relax, some servers where nice and others were rude. The burger I got was Greg Norman and it tasted like a regular burger. Ask for med well done and got over cook. My burger looked like a big ol’ salad. The fries were bussin the only thing that was delicious. The pickles were nasty… stay away from the pickles! Overall not worth the money and food was not that great.

Great shakes with amazing presentation and hamburgers. Nice and fun atmosphere created by the set up of the place and the music. Everybody in my party enjoyed their meal.

You can make better burgers at home.
