Everything was delicious and I'm glad we visited before it closes for good. Unfortunately the prices were kind of scandalous! Roof top had lovely views across the neighborhood.
The good is so good! The drinks are ok. And the atmosphere is nice to hang out w friends.
My husbands company had a get together here and it was really good food! I didn’t know what to order but everything sounded delicious.
Stopped in for lunch but brunch menu was only availiable, brunch at 2pm seemed a bit strange & as vegetarians we had limited options. We opted to enjoy a few happy hour drinks and a few sides on the rooftop terrace. Nice chill vibe, service a bit slow on drinks but sufficient. Ordered deviled eggs (order is only for one egg/ two half eggs) which were delicious, fried olives were good but a bit too salty for my taste & thin fries with various dips were easily devoured. We later ordered mac & cheese with a side of vegetables, broccoli was the only selection, which we requested to be char-grilled. The pasta was overcooked but still enjoyable after two beers...broccoli could have been a little less cooked but was still flavorful with a nice chared finish. Great old-school music! We are glad we stopped by to enjoy this place in its final weeks.
The food was really good (I had a ceasar salad and the shrimps and grits and my husband had fried oysters and the veal cheek- sooo good and tender), Great atmosphere, nice view from the rooftop. Our waitress was really sweet and attentive. I also liked that you could make reservations for the rooftop as well. Some places have first come, first serve for the rooftop tables, but we were able to reserve the day before on the website. It sucks that they are closing down on 5/27/23 as this was our first visit. Better go while you can.
Great spot, it will be missed.
