Solid bacon , two egg and cheese bagel. Not that flavorful but filling
Pretty overpriced. $10 for a BEC that costs $6 elsewhere. To add insult to injury, the bagels aren’t your NYC bagels that are dummy thicc, these are grocery store bagel thick; in other words I could actually fit these in my toaster. Speaking of toasting, they also burned it. The egg like someone else mentioned is steamed, which makes them taste super bland. Definitely not enough cheese either. Would say, if you’re looking for an NYC bagel…..look elsewhere, deeper into boerum hill IMO. You’re getting an inferior product here for a much higher price.
Was really looking forward to the opening of this place as there aren't any other bagel shops near that block, but unfortunately this place is just not it. Bagels are overpriced, too dense, and don't taste great; bacon egg and cheese was just ok. The only bottled drinks available are all $6, which is absolute highway robbery; you can get fresh squeezed juice elsewhere for cheaper than that. There are no cheaper drink options. Overall it's worth the extra walk to go to one of the better bagel places in the area.
Bagel was small pricey, tasteless and like a bun. It was supposed to be everything and ended up as nothing. They’ve spent all the r&d on the shop fittings and location (next to ace hotel) and forgot about the bagel. It was if someone looked at a bagel and made it to look like a bagel. Wanted to love it but you have to make a bagel.
Great bagels. Really good texture and flavour from These bagels. They are normal size which is great not those behemoth ones some shops sell. Love them and a food selection of flavours. Welcome to the neighborhood.
SIX DOLLARS FOR THE NATALIES ORANGE JUICE 16oz size. I just got ROBBED. Blank Street has it for $3.81 with tax. Aside from the orange juice scamming the Salmon Classic was pretty basic. Nothing to recommend really, service was a bit lackluster and overall it just seems like because it’s attached to a hotel quality/service is subpar.
Egg salad was a little bland. It came on a nicely toasted poppyseed bagel that was plump, but dry like it had been left out for a while.
Bagels are pretty small and oddly flavorless. Pio Bagel a few blocks away is much better in terms of size, flavor, and price.
