Okay , I come to black rock atleast twice a week. It’s a treat for my client throughout the week. He loves the fuels ! I usually come in the morning, they have the BEST morning staff , so friendly great customer service. They had a special for the whole month of February, I came literally everyday. I was hoping they had something for March but no signs as of yet haha. I will say , I decided to go one day in the afternoon on my way home from work and the rudest most unkind girl was working the window. She practically threw my drink at me and lacked everything that the morning offers. That alone has made me not really go back …. I don’t want that one bad experience to ruin all my other great ones. I will update this with the girls name , when I decide to go back :)

Standard Black Rock location feel. Cozy, airy, roomy with wood, leather and tile. We were greeted with a smile. However, they have some serious service kinks to workout. I placed an order for two iced coffees and a breakfast sandwich, then waited 20 minutes. After seeing multiple groups ordering and waiting 5 or 10, I followed up about my order. The location was busy on a Sunday morning. To expedite their processing, the staff was marking orders complete before finishing them. My order was marked as made, but never fully completed. It was explained that I was "bumped" from the ordering process, but after watching and studying for a bit, it was clear the emphasis was on drive through traffic. In store orders were getting "bumped" or pushed through the queue on the computer by completing the order virtually but not actually finishing the order. This allowed the baristas to move more quickly for the drive thru. This is my first poor experience with Black Rock. I will try this location again when they have clearer training processes in place. Kid-friendliness: Plenty of seating for families. Parking: Parking was ridiculous. There is a first watch next door and there isn't enough parking for them alone. Add a coffee shop and pandemonium ensues in the parking lot.

Ordered an everything bagel toasted with cream cheese plus a medium iced latte and everything was great. I asked about their bagels and where they get them from and it turns out black rock has a side of its business that is a bakery and that’s where they get all their baked goods from. Bagel didn’t disappoint. Very soft texture, slightly more open than the average premium bagel. No hole in it, which leaves a round dome on top which is an interesting contrast to the normal donut shape. Flavor was quite good but they over-toasted it so the everything seasoning on the outside of the crust was blackened. Cream cheese was flavorful and plentiful. Coffee was good as always, smooth and creamy. If I order again soon I’ll ask for light ice.

Customer service isn't the best, drinks are hit or miss..the only good thing is the jalapeño cheese bagel.

I stopped by during a very free business hour, but I couldn't stay for a long time because I had to sit outside because of the puppies. I always took an espresso shot and hot water separately to adjust the concentration by myself, but it was just a normal taste nothing special to me that used dark roasting bean ,,so if looking for specialty coffee it is not a place but just want to have a sit drink coffee with friends recommendable place that still better than SB the interior was good and it looked cozy inside .

Fast service and they seem to pull consistently good shots!
