I stopped by to get a little bit of liquid caffeine, and the sweet girl who took my order told me there were these new frozen fuels, so I decided to try that out. The really sweet African-American guy with the amazing hair at the window took my payment and chatted me up and honestly, you don’t get good customer service out of people these days and it was really refreshing. Not only that, but the watermelon frozen fuel was amazing

Super rude and argued about when they could put In our phone number. They wanted to put in our number after we paid for our order, which isn't the way that's done ever. You put numbers in befpre people order so you can use the rewards people have. we have been coming to this location for years because it always had good customer service, and they were extremely rude today . They also didn't put whipped cream on our drink and then riped the lids off rudely and threw it on and were rude about it. All of this behavior was also in front of a little kid who asked why they were being mean. You work with customers and should be nice to them. We are the reason you guys get paid. If you do not like serving people and putting on a smile and faking it, then don't work around people it's simple.
