Was there for a birthday dinner. Waitress was awesome. Food was fantastic as always. Dietary restrictions: Gluten free options.

We went here for my son’s birthday dinner last night. It was our first time eating here. Our waitress Tori was exceptional from the start of our experience until the finish. She offered to get us water immediately. She recommended drinks and gave us great instructions on how to cook the steaks. She was very attentive even when we had finished, and I mentioned my son’s birthday. She’s a very gracious young lady. I eat out a lot and can say she’s probably one of the Best waitresses I’ve ever had. You are lucky to have her as an employee, and a great asset to have at your company.

Great food, drinks, and service. It was an experience to have a meal with a black rock cooking our steaks.

I want to start by saying that all of the servers were very nice and it is not their fault we had a less than ideal experience. Here are my complaints: * You cook your own steak at the table. Cute I guess? But I literally do NOT want to cook. Which is why I came to a restaurant. * It’s VERY smoky. Like 1970’s pickup bar smoky. Why? Because everyone is cooking meat. So I smell disgusting and like stray dogs will follow me home. * It’s awkward. There’s no place to eat your sides because your giant steak cooking plate is in the way. People who didn’t order steaks and got pre cooked food are done way earlier. The whole experience is clunky at best. * It’s around $40 for steak and a potato and zero high end atmosphere. Again, the people were nice, everything was sanitary, etc but if I have a night off to be with friends I just think this is a fail.
