Black Bear Diner

Can't say enough good things but the place is very busy so show some patience to the staff... Great decor with souvenirs if you're visiting and I'll definitely be back again after that great first visit! Make time and visit for yourself

Order took a long time to get. Ordered a tuna melt. It had no cheese and the tuna was burnt. Chili was Luke warm. Heard a couple of people near us that had problems with their orders. I've been to black bear diners in Phoenix that were great but not this one. Won't return.

I absolutely love everything about black bear! The food is ALWAYS amazing! The staff is ALWAYS amazing and very friendly! The atmosphere is very comfortable (even when it's crazy busy!). The one thing I feel made me a little uncomfortable was the check being dropped almost immediately after getting our food. It made us not want to order anything extra (cuz I really love the bacon and wanted more).

We were looking for a kid friendly American diner that did all day breakfast and expected something along the lines of Dennys or IHOP - Black Bear was much, much better than expected. The quality of the food, especially the sandwiches and hash browns is excellent and the service was terrific.

Favorite place for breakfast, brunch, and lunch. Great food, service and atmosphere

Very pleased with my visit here. We got very satisfyingly full. It was dinner time & it was raining outside we all ordered, hot foods. My choice cinnamon roll French toast. Mom Country fried steak, my nephew had a western BBQ Burger, niece had chicken Alfredo, children Jr chicken Alfredo, and baby just had fries.. Sydney (Our Waitress) was top notch and food everything to make our visit pleasurable. Frequent drink refills,and great service . Give this girl a Raise. I also love the fact they had Hazelnut creamer for the coffee. No other place in town has this option, except for convenience stores.
