Black Bear Diner Sunnyvale

Food was ok. Only problem one of my guests found a hair in her food. But they refunded us for that meal. Waiter told out friend they wanted a new one. They were nice about it.

Food wasn't as good as at other locations and the prices were higher as well.

On mailing list for the free birthday meal etc - original Shasta location is awesome - Sunnyvale not so much - server was fine but food came slow and hash browns were not cooked fully….menu is well worn/ solid but didn’t feel like we got their best effort on food prep.

Nice staff and pretty good breakfast food. Very accommodating with alternative items on orders.
