After a day of trucking a hot meal is what you long for. Not here, the food was cold. The steak over cooked and the shrimp had three times the batter to shrimp ratio. The atmosphere stale. The waitress mood was dry and rushed for an empty establishment. To top it off I got food poisoning. In the end
Convenient area for breakfast, lunch, & dinner
To the points… - The “$8 thick cut bacon” wasn’t a millimeter thicker than your typical bacon. - Charged for a full order of French Toast and given just one piece of bread, instead of the paid for three.
Went on 03/16. We were sat pretty quickly, but after 20 minutes, we hadn't even been acknowledged by a waitress, let alone had a drink order. Watched 2 other tables get sat in our area, get their drink, and full orders taken and still no acknowledgment even though we tried to signal. Hostess asked if we'd been helped, then tried to gaslight about how long we'd been sitting. We got up to leave and tried to speak with a manager, cashier made excuses so we left and called. Manager tried to gaslight and say we weren't even there, then misgendered my girlfriend twice, even after being corrected. Seriously worst experience ever. Which is sad because we were regular customers and visited frequently. Will never be back though. Absolutely disgusting behavior.
Called in an order to go for their corned beef and cabbage and was so disappointed by the sub-par quality of not only the corned beef, but even the cabbage was not cooked, just warm cabbage doesn't cut it. Also deli cuts of corned beef really suck!! I've never had shaved slices of corned beef with warm cabbage. Corned beef as a steak cut is the way to go with thoroughly steamed cabbage is the only way I've ever had St. Pattys corned beef and cabbage. I hope this was just a fluke as I will keep coming back for everything other than Corned Beef and cabbage on St Patty's day. Oh, as always the waitress was fantastic!! Always the best of service
Thought it was going to be way better.
